Annelize’s experience ranges from being an assistant financial manager, human resources manager, assistant general manager, general manager and business owner.
She is a registered tax practitioner and is currently doing her Certified Financial Accountant degree at the Institute of Certified Bookkeepers. She attended the VIP Payroll courses in TAX, Payroll phase 1, 2, & 3 as well as Personnel courses and is also a registered certified Sage One Online Accounting advisor.

Chartered Accountant CA(SA)
André is a certified Chartered Accountant (SA) since 2001 and studied at the University of Pretoria. He joined KPMG from 1999-2004 and was fortunate to travel to Vancouver, Canada for four months on an international assignment for KPMG. André was in charge of the Audit for several companies during his time there and managed several key accounts at KPMG, for example ABB Power Transformers, Iscor Ltd, Tiger Brands Ltd, Philips SA, etc.
During January 2013, Andre decided to start his own financial service business, specialising in small and medium businesses. The objective is to provide SMEs with accounting, monthly processing, payroll, auditing and taxation services.
André is a SARS registered Tax Practitioner and therefore does tax returns and tax-related enquiries for his clients. He has all the required software programmes to execute these tasks, i.e. Pastel Accounting, Pastel Payroll, Caseware, Taxware and SARS E-filing.

Jadine, our Senior Client Account and Office Manager, was born in the Eastern Free State and completed her B Tech degree in Hospitality Management in 2016. She decided to join NolteHartman in 2017 to pursue a career in accounting, her true passion, while studying Financial accounting part-time.
Personally, she is an amateur golf player and has participated in the Sanlam Cancer Golf Challenges and many more golf tournaments.
Professionally, she enjoys the challenge of identifying and solving problems, listening to the needs of business people, and managing the team!

Administrative Clerk & Office Assistant
Anri Potgieter, our Administrative Clerk and Office Assistant, was also born in the Eastern Free State, but took a leap and started a new life in Pretoria.
She decided to join the Serenity Accounting family in 2018. Since then she has ensured that our administrative flow runs flawlessly. She also assists the Accounts Managers and Directors with certain tasks when requested.
She is your go-to person when you have requests regarding your files that are stored offsite!
Personally, she has a passion for animals, mainly dogs and treats them as if they are her children! She also enjoys reading books and watching criminal investigative documentaries.
Professionally, she strives to assist our clients and ensures that messages and requests are accurately and timeously passed on to the necessary personnel.
Anri has been a part of the family for 1.5 years!
Prince Hove, has been with this company for over a year now, as a Senior Bookkeeper and is still studying to complete his Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting.

Samantha always had a passion for numbers. After school she studied Public Relations while working as an administration clerk in a construction company. This is where she realised that she had a keen interest in the accounting side of the business. In 2016 she decided to enroll at The Institute of Certified Bookkeepers and studied part-time to become an Accountant.
In 2018 she became a Tax Practitioner and a verified member of the South African Institute of Tax Professionals (SAIT).
Samantha specialises in the field of CIPC, SARS and Department of Labour issues.
She has been part of the family since February 2019. Her work is of a high standard and she puts in every effort to solve her client’s issues for the best possible outcome. She strives to earn and keep the trust and respect of her clients. For Samantha, giving exceptional service and embracing a strong work ethic are what matters most. She firmly believes that when working together as a team, nothing is impossible.
